I think the ward looks awesome, it's really detailed and the animations look nice. Good job!

I am not sure whether the issue with the eye is because of restrictions from Valve or something like that. Many wards just have the eye on top of the ward, which seems a bit out of place. Also, it's rather difficult to include the huge eye in every ward in a clever/creative way and some look really weird, because not everything looks good with huge eyes...

I feel as if the actual ward eye was just put in the at the end, I like other wards for the amazing ways they are able to add in the eye into the model and still making look like it all fits.
