you should try building Arc Hammer the factory or the Dark troopers in legends were they were made.. also its or a laboratory, its more of experiment on clones to upgrade them to half human and droid's there's 3 version of the dark troopers were made on that ship

@Wrecker68 Nebula Star Destroyer combined engineering ideas and design of previous vessels used by Republic, Empire and Rebel Alliance. There is nowhere said that Empire or remnants used it tho.

The Fleet Modernization Program for the New Republic* resulted in both this cruiser and a carrier variant. Smaller than the ISD-II, it combined decent firepower for its size with better shields and both Corellian and Kuat shipyards hull designs. (I think, it's been a bit since I read the Expanded Universe books)

*Reasonably certain she was not a joint venture with the Imperial Remnant, and there was no "Rebel Alliance" as they are what became the New Republic.

@Freakzz, they have a positive reaction if the New Republic, later the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances mobilise fleets like these ships, along with the Legends Style-ships.
