What a Baronial scout

the problem with that is that it needs to end quickly for gameplay reasons. extending the taunt by like 1 or 2 seconds so the fire could spread realistically would suck for gameplay, imagine trying to exit the taunt while an enemy is approaching.

The only thing I don't like is how it ends. Yes, a lit cigar would start a fire, but it wouldn't light the whole chair at once. Making the fire spread out in a wave and have the money visibly burn away would be great, but I don't know what the importer limitations are for particles.

this would be really cool for demoman as well

Spy already has a money taunt so it makes sense for his son to also have a money related taunt from all the bundles he makes from MvM.

I like Zeugziumy's idea of how the taunt's animation could end. The idea of the various actions while sitting being manually controlled with +attack1 and +attack2 is also worth considering. Other than that, this is an amazing idea for a taunt, and I would definitely buy it, since I like playing Scout in MvM.

every single complaint about this taunt makes absolutely 0 sense, this couldn't be more fitting for the game if you tried, it's perfect.

"Wouldn't this fit spy more?" No, sitting in a chair made of money is juvenile and childish, also this reflects scout's role in MVM.
'Taunting' robots doesn't really work, but I like it regardless.

All I can say is the bratty rich, while it's fitting for Scout, the movements make it look weird, almost 2010's influencer like

The props could have been smaller also, Buy A Life has the bills props way smaller than the MvM money and it's better if there's consistency with those

The fact that this taunt is a reference to Scout's playstyle on MVM is incredible, and I like how the acts as he is the best one in town, perfect taunt. He is committing crimes burning that money, tho.

Okay, in all seriousness, the end where he burns the cash wards with his cigar is a little weird. I'd like to see how it's in-game. Right now it looks very off.

Perhaps instead of doing the common thing of taunts (of just going back to the ground), is make the cash wads blink while he is still sitting (simulating MVM money almost expiring), he reacting to it and leaving the chair with a similar effect to how credits expire on actual MVM. Perhaps you can even include the unused sound for expired money that has been in the game files since MVM was released.

I'm very carefully voting for it, because there no so much sense for it to be a looping taunt and I don't like all this "Filthy Rich" personality. But there prospect for taunting(Like "Oh, and I was paid 2 cents per head from your team") and social interactions(Spoiled brat on backs of oppressed enemy's Hoovies would go hard), and overall work were pretty good with models and animations so... 6.5/10 just for IMO.

genuinely love this, the fact that the mercs make a SHIT TON of money is something very overlooked, and it being for scout and his mvm ties to it is perfect
