@KngZawd it does, this doesn't hook into any existing windows, it makes it's own.
You must sire a bastard first before you see the book, all screenshots are taken while playing with the AGOT mod, I also use RUI. Works the same with them as it does in vanilla.

Damn...I want to use this, but I dont know how to make compatches. This doesnt seem to work with RUI AGOT.

FYI everybody else, I only speak english.. So there's a ton of localization added to the mod but let me know if anything is incorrect or out of place.

Hi , can you add option to proclaim those children with disputed heritage as your bastards so they will belong to real father house?

Fyi it tracks all bastards and adds to list of the real father, so even if you switch characters you'll have your own unique list.
IE king of france, my list shows king of france's bastards.
Switch to king of england:
List now shows king of england's bastards.

I added translations for a ton of languages, but I only speak english.
Let me know if it's incorrect for your language and we need to fix it.
