Is it possible this mod is interefering with events that should be adding building to planets? I just got an event that one of my paragons made a building on a planet with open building slots, but already more occupied buildings than would be allowed in vanilla but didnt get the building. Its happened twice now. Not sure if theres a way to fix that or just a cost of using the mod

IS there any chance of a Mod that only adds 2 building slots to the Main Zone (the one with 6 Building slots one of which is always the planet capital in Vanilla)
and only one to the secondary city and resource zones.
