No it cannot, it doesnt work like this. Also you are using a mod that is adding slots to major city which Changeling doesnt even use as he cannot colonize anything other than cult and live in undercity. Brother either disable this mod or enable the 3 Rows of Building slots from description. Cannot find it? Try again mate, i believe in you.

i cant seem to find this UI mod ,also i meant like the changeling has max 4 slots ,so the screen with the 4 slots can be original size,otherwise i cant upgrade the buildings that are hid behind the next turn screen

Seems that you may need UI mod from description if you cannot see the settlement panel. This mod doesnt edit any mechanics to clear any misconceptions that people may assume. If you are reffering to the buildings slots as mechanic that is confusing, as mechanic is something like Empire Elector Counts or Ikit Claw Forbidden workshop or Cathay Caravans. I am not interested in adding building slots to selected cultures, either all or none, as that at least keeps the game somewhat balanced for player and AI.

also the changeling buildings are being hid on the right side behind next turn button because now the building slots are way bigger ,you could leave some faction mechanics the same size

I have problems with hands due to accident i had in the past. This mod helped me to enjoy the game without endless hours of conquering the whole map and abusing my disabled arms. I hope this mod will help other people to enjoy the game like it helped me. If you find this funny - burn in hell.
