From my experience, it can make a mod feel unable to be made without permission as it defeats the purpose of posting it for others, but sometimes I would be able to start before getting permission before not posting if they did not want it up. If the person genuinely hasn't gotten back to me and they haven't stated anything against doing it, then, respectfully posting it to not take credit or reposting content without absolutely needing the files in order to for the mod to work, then sure, and then I'd take it down if they genuinely didn't want it to be up.

Honestly I'm not the kind of person to really care, and I didn't translate what you wrote down, but noticed the mod I posted so I checked out the links, so my bad, and honestly when it comes to waiting, it's more about just making that first action to ask and then if they don't respond then use it responsibly depending on what it is and how you will use it, and how honestly. I was giving you shit because it seemed to be a bit out of nowhere, and potentially no one asked. Since it's not my model, I did feel a bit of uncertain about it.

Just understand that I use a lot of weapons and armor from other mods. If I asked everyone's permission, it would take a long time to create the mod.
