Yea they will but I found some rare use cases for them (like a very low volume access road in a very tight space) and I couldn't find such road on workshop so I shared one. Now I can for example connect few parking lots placed behind a building with a narrow passage to a road through this building. I guess you could use timed traffic lights to make it so that no two cars are on the road at the same time.

What is the use for the one-lane two way road? Don't opposing cars just clip through each other?
