The mod is nice however in observer mode I crashed in the year 1585. Not really sure why.

also pair this mod with "the rise and fall of empires" for the true balkan experience

Currently I'm working on adding the revolter tags and the event tags. It's already really stupid, with stuff like Pirate nations existing before the columbian exchange and Etruria kicking Florence out of Florence

Ay that's okay, I'll probably be working on a personal thing anyway where I try to add as many non-formable tags as possible. Probably won't post it on workshop but what you've done so far is already a big help for that.
Thanks for what you've done, though, and let's hope eu5 will be as great as we hope!

I'm probably dissappointing a few people by saying this but additional updates are unlikely with EU5 coming soon. The mod is not meant to be balanced entirely.

Turov I felt was a fun idea due to their terrain and ideas. Greater Poland was to prevent Poland from stomping everyone. Splitting England was to prevent Early English influence in France, not to prevent GB. Scania was for funsies I guess.

Jaunpur and Bengal balance eachother out for the most part. And the Mamluks are usually not aggressive, so work as a regional strongman.

The Daimyo are meant to be under the shogun, because it incentivises early warfare there and a quick unite, so Japan can stand up to Korea.

I might add some more revolter tags, but I can't guarantee anything.

Every time play this kind of divided world mod, almost always, even if you remove Japanese shogun and daimyo start diplomatic relations from the mode, all daimyo are always subordinated to shogun when start playing. I don't think this is what most modders intended.
krummavisur 9 月 1 日 上午 5:11
Even if the Japanese shogun and daimyo dependencies are removed from the bookmark history, all daimyo are automatically converted to daimyo subject country under the shogun country immediately after the game starts.
And to solve this, you don't have a any country has shogunate in game start, or you don't have a any daimyo countries, or maybe you have to take care of the shogunate and the daimyo-related part of the on_action.

And a disunified Korea/Joseon needs to have its clock turned back a few centuries, and by that I mean a thousand years. That's right, let's show the 38th parallel how it's done, and bring back Goguryeo, Baekje, Silla, and Gaya

Finally if you're feeling really ballsy, maybe try spawning some of the core-less revolter tags-- Hojo from Musashi or Sale from Sale, for instance. I know you've got this since you already have Segu released.

This is good, but I think you/we can do better.

Ckasaron's suggestion of splitting up the Mamluks is good -- Although I'd personally have Sa'id as your custom releasable rather than the Delta. Perhaps you could split both, leaving the Mamluks only with their capital region with tags like Alexandria and Sa'id to their north and south

But that doesn't go far enough, in my opinion. Jaunpur and Bengal are too unified and remain consistent powers in India. We can't have consistent powers in our Balkans. Maybe release something like Bihar and Chola from them respectively

Nvm, I figured it out. Had to use a pound sign

Is there a way to "comment" the replace_path line to allow missions without removing the line entirely?
Nagazora 8 月 28 日 上午 1:56
Perfect, thank you!
Zilas0053  [作者] 8 月 28 日 上午 1:48
@Nagazora. They can, but you must reform into a Monarchy. There is a choice there. Steppe Nomad or Chinese Imperial Administration.
Nagazora 8 月 28 日 上午 12:05
Can Yuan claim Imperial Administration?

The English pieces may still be a bit too large and strong - I would heavily recommend adding the other four of the old Heptarchy - East Anglia, Kent, Sussex, and Essex.

You may want to add the tags Europa Expanded does for Iberian releaseables - Sevilla, Toledo, Braganza, Murcia, and other Taifa states, so the existing Iberians don't become too strong too fast, for the same reason.

To make the Mamluks less powerful, the Libyan coast could be "Cyrenaica." The Nile delta region could be split from the southern part as well.

That odd chunk of France southeast of Brittany could be "Poitou."

Naples is another case where it could be further chopped up to prevent it getting too strong too fast.

But above all else I would want to see all these additional tags not in Europa Expanded already made into extra releasables for use with the vanilla map.
