I'd also say a helmet, but from what I can quickly gather, the state of Pennsylvania doesn't legally require helmets for motorcyclists outside of certain circumstances. Not that Francis likely cares much about what the law has to say. Although, now that I mention it... did he ever mention how he feels about head gear?
