Well, I was considering designing a bigger map, that would be like a neighborhood that you could explore fully. But it won't be on the workshop for awhile.

Okay, well I guess that means it's not just an issue with this map. You could try to verify the game's integrity, or play without any mods enabled to see if that fixes it. But if nothing works, then you might need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

i did notice it happens with some other maps like the map called gm_homesickv2 and other house maps

That's not suppose to be happening. You might have "mat_wireframe" enabled, or you could have addons that conflict with the map. Could you tell me more?

is it normal that the grass outside is like wire frame for me ?

Thank you but I don't think I'll be expanding the map anymore. However, I did consider designing a new map that would be sort of a small neighborhood, like you said, but mapping can take a very long time, so it won't be released anytime soon.

you gotta expand this map. it would be awesome to get a small neighborhood that looks like this. Map is cool tho.

That's not a bug, as long as you only see the cat texture under the ground and not above it. It's just suppose to be an easter egg.

I didn't know this at all before, so thank you for letting me know! I've generated the cubemaps and they seem to be working now.

fyi, buildcubemaps only does something when the map's bsp is in the maps folder - as it writes the cubemaps into it.
it does nothing for maps downloaded from the workshop

what you'll need to do is run that command yourself, in both normal and hdr lighting modes. then it's good to post on the workshop!
