Maybe he meant a corridor that's not only traversable, but also has a pipe running along it. Who knows.^^

xD in that case, why did the developer create a corridor with a pipe? i can deal that tweak but why and how add it (wanilla corridor or add new heat corridor)

you should make a mod that has heat pipe corridors so we can just place heat pipes all around are ships without impeding the flow of a crew

Many Thanks! I am happy to mention you again and again in various places :)

yes, by leaving links to the product you are looking for, or you can do like 90% of people, just take it, there don't seem to be any serious copyrights here

Hello, can I continue to use this mod for another project?

I don't think the developer provided for non-linear heat consumption
"

If you're hitting a wall due to source code, I'd bet Walt $30 bucks he would update specifically to address the math we're able to math with, as this is a perfect illustration of why we would want to, and this issue a common thing to patch. He would basically have to "find" in notepad++, make the change for all the instances, save, test, release, break the game, lather, rinse, repeat ad infinitum'.
XD
Yes IRL is never that simple, but the point remains. If you let let Walt know / request the feature, I doubt he will be able to let it go since this is his baby and he is most excellent.

the red zone is fine, its the fact that the part is 2x3 despite being 2x2 visually

I'm too lazy to look for a non-linear buff heat (maybe it doesn't even exist) - it was because of it that I had to make a red zone of 1 block, since the minimum linear value is 1. and if you do it without references to it (linear dependence), then the heat simply won't be consumed since it will multiply by zero

thing that would be nice, have the part be 2x2 with the hazard zone instead of 2x3 with a redundant hazard zone so I can reduce the amount of holes in my ship (I like to use structure parts for any internal hazard zones)

it consume 750 heat (standart radiator 1100) about right panel - idk how to add statistics. during creation, I managed to add heat absorption indicators, but it did not work, after I deleted everything and did it again, for some reason (idk) it stopped showing the number in the right panel. (and may be my en bad becouse i learn it on games and talking with people)

having tested, this seems to function as a passive heat dissipator. it does NOT show on tooltip how much heat it disperses.
doesn't seem necessarily weak, but I recommend installing a heat battery to keep tabs until you get an idea how strong it is. But it opens up far more protected / centralized heat dissipation systems, without needing you to exclusively place vents exposed to enemy fire all the time.

a little more explanation about what it does?
mack.v.00  [ophavsmand] 3. aug. kl. 17:01
I don't think the developer provided for non-linear heat consumption (depending on the length of the line), so this is almost the minimum size of 2x3 when the smallest is 2x1, and the smaller radiator should consume??? in this case, you can simply install a standard radiator from the developer for 300-400 heat, and a larger radiator does not make sense because you can install radiators in series like batteries - they transfer heat between the connectors "like a thermal battery"

Bro, can be a good idae if you can make small, medium and huge radiators, just mix or split the sprite and can be the nicest mod ever made.
mack.v.00  [ophavsmand] 2. aug. kl. 14:24
It was not difficult to understand how heat works and make a heat accumulator, but to understand how to consume it...
and it discouraged from remaking my mod (new features reborn)

Sounds like an awful time... ;)
