Played this all the way through on legendary most enjoyable action packed twist on the campaign
I've played the night encounters of the brute engaging elites mix with random marine/odst squads made new Mombasa feel like there was a war but not only that a civil war on both fronts.

vv having used William's method, found you can also set the minor to something like 9000 if there's a mod that doesn't get updates often to avoid having to do the fix again

Temporary fix until the mod gets updated:

Go to setamapps > workshop > content > 3537825193 > click on ModInfo and open it with notepad.

Then, search for "MaxAppVersion" and change the number specified in "Minor" for the current game version, which at the moment of this comment is 3528

Actually pretty fun, I like the sheer chaos and having more marines and ODST friendlies is very welcome.
I do dislike how much health the player seems to have gained. Even on heroic I only dropped from full one time, and that was just because I walked through a door and three chieftans were waiting on the other side.
That and enemies just spawning blatantly infront of the player is quite lame. And yeah like the guy below me said, all the cops shooting at the player and marines is just silly. Sure maybe one or two of them would be hostile, just trying to loot the city, but ALL of them instantly shooting at one of the few friendlies that could save their lives is goofy.
And one last thing, I really wish friendlies that you save would actually follow you places in missions, like the dudes outside the ONI building (Why does every ONI guard on the roof just stay and explode and not get in the pelican?), the randos you see in Data Hive, etc.

the tacticool animations are fun, I don't know why everyone here is sensitive about em, but maybe you could find a middle ground by implementing both standard and cool? You should totally consider added some more weapons in the sandbox it could be really fun, but good job!

i love this mod soooo much out of all the campaign mods ive played this has to be it actually makes it feel like an actual war is going on and i love the addition of the tacti cool mod i can emphasize how much im thankful for your mod and sould most def release that halo 3 civil war

Never change Halo community. There may not be a lore reason, but if you live in the real-world, it should not be hard to conceptualize.

Ok but why would the police be hostile? Not every officer was corrupt and that one only betrays you if you found all the audio logs.

Pretty good overall, but after the game crashed trying to load uplift reserve I pressed continue and it resets the beacon location to tayari plaza, and also lots of hostile officers are spawning in on NMPD HQ. Thank you for helping to flesh out ODST with this cool mod.

Nice work! I liked the larger scale battles and chaotic feeling of most of the battles. Weapons felt nice and powerful. I liked the fact that you could have more than three marines on a vehicle at once on the tank and warthog. I do think that it would be better to wait to implement the Great Schism until at least halfway through the game. Also some of the enemy spawns are...questionable. Through my playthrough A lot of the enemy spawns were just kinda lazily placed and some of the marines spawned right in front of them. Its a step in the right direction though :)

Dope mod! Liked what you did with kikowani stations intro part. Every encounter to me personally was cool 💯. Only problem I noticed was in the final mission. when you get to the final part, Buck doesn't get out of the tank (nor does any of the marines) and the lvl glitches out, not progressing, but other than that this was nicely done.

@Craz(Y)een actually i already did a mod for halo 3 but i never released it.
i still was very new to modding. maybe i could clean it a little bit and put it on the workshop.
still i think it could take like a month to clean it for the workshop.
but first i want to clean this mod of all bugs.

If I remember right, the Cop were corrupt if you got the logs, they so the Police Chief was Couupt and so was some of the other Cops in the city so some of them were bad. So I think EpicAnimationNipple wanted to give us them as enemies to fight bad Cops.

@EpicAnimationNipple: That's a relief to know, hope you gave them rocket launchers or something adequate (then again, I suppose that I can just pick up a few of the fuel rods that the grunts drop later on, especially with that one covie tower after ripping it apart with a spikade I suppose) to help with adequately backing up Buck's useless turret control.

with the 7 seat warhog it should be easier to get trough even if buck is useless.

It kicks me out whenever I open Data Hive mission. Doesn't matter if I choose that mission from menu or if I go through Mombasa Streets

Oh yeah... Coastal Highway... Specifically the part with buck insisting to be on the turret, is the MOST ANNOYING PART due to how utterly-unreliable Buck is at handling the damn turret, often have to get out of the hog while he, slowly , guns down the enemies whilst I take cover behind the temporarily-parked hog since, unlike ai-ODST pals, we're not immortal like them of course... :uritona:

new major update 3.0
speed up some weapon reloads
vehicule overhaul
warthog now holds up to 7 marines
scorpion tank now holds 13 marines
fixed other bugs, still working on other ones.
moved the scarab in oni building back so that phantoms dont clash with it.
tried to fix buck not getting out of tank at the end, seems to be related to leaving him behind on the mission.
