yeah performance wasnt very good on my game

Ok so i tested tech & res with and without expertise+compatch and determined that these mods don't mix well performance wise. with tech+expertise+compatch the game stutters like crazy for some reason.

The compatch works for the most part, I haven't completed an entire campaign so i can't tell if the PMs work for every building, but early game i found that the automation PM for publishing industries doesn't have any expertise. Also just a heads up, and new, separate version of tech & res has been released in beta which changes a lot of buildings and PMs.
