Here you can find the skybox folder (and I don’t know the name of this folder). Inside rename the .bin file to .rar and unpack it

If you mean the Environment.sbc at \steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content\Data\ - i tried with setting pitch yaw and roll to 0 for a test and then the sun in the game burned my eyes out of my skull and melted my face, but it did not seem to change its position.
Any advice how to do, please?

@KnouBack I wanted to do this too. Did you manage to align the angle? If so, what value did you use?

Ok, for stupid imbeciles who think that the name contains some special and hinting at something reference to Ukraine I explain once and for all: New Donbass is just the original name of the space location from the Star Wolves game, released in 2009.

whenever i load a session with this skybox the size and scale of it all fills me with overwhelming senses of curiosity and dread. safe to say i'll definitely be using this more often! nice work!

cold.fire, in each skybox configuration file i set the sun position to the correct spot. So when u create a new world with skybox 1 - the sun is correctly located. But when you change the skybox1 to skybox2 in this world - game save just remember the old skybox1 settings of sun position ( srsly, idk why ), and does not read the new skybox2 settings in configuration file. Everything worked well a few updates ago, but these Keen`s updates... u know.

Dang... so you mean I can't use ANY of these skyboxes with an existing world? That sucks... it seems that a few of the skyboxes on the workshop still work though, so is there no way to rotate the skybox so the sun lines up correctly again? Or maybe move the sun to the correct spot in the sky? I might even try to do it myself if I knew how to edit the skybox textures... *sigh*

cold.fire, When you change the skybox in the world - u get this bug. Try to create a new world with the chosen skybox and do not change it

I would LOVE to use this skybox... but it really bothers me that the sun in the game is not in the same place as the star on the skybox. Can this be fixed? I've noticed this issue with every one of the star wolves skyboxes I've tried. They are all beautiful, but this is the only thing keeping me from using them when playing.
