Good afternoon, it is possible that something broke in a specific branch or due to some kind of dependency. Actually, what is the problem.
I am the host of the company, all players have everything working well, but I can't level up, as when I go to the right tab, the game crashes.

Hi! I didn't find this question, so I'll ask myself, what if I essentially broke the mod with the mind eraser? I wanted to change my branch back in elementary school, but after using the mind eraser, firstly, I didn't reset anything, and secondly, when I got a level, I also didn't get a skill point, what should I do in this case?

@Mangust[Wtf] Pretty sure this is a vanilla "bug" as taking that puts you in a deficit at all until you reach a specific level.

Because I have installed other mod classes ,is there a way to prevent players from obtaining class talents outside of the vanilla talent tree?

I am not available to fix a lot of the issues at this time; I'm working through my grandmother's admission to a nursing home.

endocrine boosters destroys this mod as some talent trees are completely greyed out. mindwipe itself just does not work lol

Hello!
I tested your mod and found a problem: when taking the talent of the Assistant "Graduation Ceremony" you get a random tree of talents of a different class.
At the same time, if this class was taken early like cross class, the next 6 levels (number of perks received) I did not receive talent points. If there were already free talent points, then they will spend when switching to the class where you received the Tree.

Hi, I was upgrading other skill trees with the mod, and suddenly the other classes and everything from the mod stopped appearing at the top of my character's skill tree menu. Now I can't upgrade any other tree except the main one.

I restarted the game, removed and reinstalled the mod, and put it first in the mod priority list, and nothing.

it would seem that you cant respec once you have selected a class to cross class since the talents you have put in are extra talents it gives them back

In fact, it is there, and it seems to flash when changing classes, but it does not scroll. Perhaps we have problems with classes, but I still think it is worth reporting this, perhaps someone had the same problem

It should add a scrollbar, no? If it doesn't add a scroll bar I'm not sure how to fix that. The GUI API stuff is nightmare fuel for me. Because it literally is a scrollbar area that should work as intended.

What if we have a large number of mod classes in addition to the vanilla classes, and because of this, not all of them are displayed in the list?

If you go to your LocalMods folder, there should be a hidden folder called like .ModStore or something. In that is CrossClass.CrossClass, in that are your campaigns, in those are your saves. You can adjust the save then host your server; should push those changes as the 'correct' version players should have

you didnt actually add the dummy item it causes the game to auto disable the mod completely making it unusable

I found that my friends need to enable the mod on their own. for it to work for them

1.1.1 contains a dummy item which should hopefully make players download and install the mod when they join rather than not downloading and installing the mod when they join. Testing on production with this because it's an extremely minor change with no code changes.

That's.. Weird. I don't think this mod prompts anybody to download it for some reason. If it does, I am unsure if it's automatically added to the modlist when it is downloaded. Gonna look into this first thing today and hopefully have a hotfix soon.

As for re-enabling this for singleplayer, it's at the point I'd have to do a heap of patching and after 1.1 (I was working on 1.1 basically the whole time since 1.0 release) and I just need a breather. It's not off the cards but in the meantime prefer to solo host with some bots.

As for reaching 3 levels, I have programmer brain. You start at level 0, once you reach level 3 you gain a cross class point. This basically means when you get 3 talent points you should get a cross class point. If you still don't, I have bad modulus logic.

Im not sure if u need 3 POINTS and upgrade it like a skill tree or just reach 3 levels

Both, Tony! I made this for those mods which add exclusive recipes in talent trees which need multiple players- Or bots that are only hired as a recipe bank so you can craft the thing you want/need. Latest update should save when you finish a level, leave an outpost or save and quit. Basically anything other than the round ending in a bad way (whole crew dead), your cross classes should save to file on the server host machine.

this does not work for me when i use host and play, it works for one session but i cant load the game afterwards. should it be above or below the other classes?

In the vanilla game, you just need to reach the end of the talent tree in order to progress down another specialization. If you want to fast track that, you're gonna have a better time looking for Baroverhaul specific mods that change how the talent trees work

Yep, it was made with "Oh, I need recipes from 3 different jobs to create this one thing" in mind. I'm still working on the save/load functionality though.

It doesn't work with saves right now, but it's something I'm working on adding. Very WIP.
