@Doctdurr @Seriphyn I acknowledge that it may be overtuned for vanilla; I made this while playing with mods that add some technologies, so my experience likely differed from yours.

@rickjamesthe3rd Absolutely is! This doesn't add or remove anything from the game, just modifies some existing values in the base game.

Knowledge seems to just come indefinitely? A little overtuned vs the base game's torture perhaps, I'm not sure where I should be 'at' since I started at v69, but at 400-500 people I had hundreds of knowledge points coming in.
