There is a mod for Mercs that adds items that add additional slots, though I don't know how different the mech are between the two games. So it may be possible.

As far as I can discern, there's no way to use equipment to add slots due to how the mech sections define the slots.

That might change with additional modding though.

Do the spacers actually do anything besides just adding weight? Like maybe add extra slots to the location?

Also, anyway to add more than -15 tons? 😈😈😈

@Larnievc: Depends on whether or not I can easily copy the antiweights off into their own mod. UE5 is stupid sometimes.

@kregano Any chance of a version without the spacers? So as to make the inventory less cluttered?

I love watching the target mechs rock when you hit them with slugs. I wish it could actually make them fail their Pilot checks and fall over.

Spacers seem to add weight. Not sure why you would ever use them. The anti weights are great to let you have a reasonable amount of ammo to make the ballistic weapons actual viable.

how do the spacers work?

This will come very handy for a 'more ammo' work round!
