The model was weird when I got it off of sketchab I have noticed that too! Lol

I like the model. it reminds me of the Terracotta Army soldiers. There's a weird glitch that adds something around the legs as they're running. That's on high settings. I don't know much about this stuff, but I assume it's probably a game limitation.
