About the "missing" blocks. This is fauls report of the game coning from me building in a special version of the game. It should make no difference to you if just ignore and paste it in anyways. There wont be anything actually missing.

Hello SE told me this ship has some blocks that are part of a DLC I don't own but I swear I own every DLC. Do you have any idea why this might be?

- Do you have the newsletter cockpit, one of the sub-grids may have it. and you only gain access to it from subscribing to the newsletter

If the builder had any mods in the world at the time of blueprinting, there is a chance that mods can "carry over" even if they are not directly used in the grid itself. Just one of SE's many quirks.
