Why does the infection disappear from the props after some time?

it corrupted your PC

i tried to kill the corrupted NPC with sexyness and it caused the following:
gmod took over my desktop (i couldn't close it or even minimize it, windows key didn't work either so i couldn't switch desktops and kill it using task manager)
it disabled my windows key after 3 RESTARTS
i had to leave my laptop closed overnight for it to completely clear out

What else does it do other than 'shimmer' with TV static?

Nah for now plan is to change behavior of using it on NPCs so it will turn them into corrupted and set to hostile to everyone exept corrupted ents and so they can infect too. maybe add that doors to be passable if corrupted? idk

This is a pretty interesting idea with lots of potential. So I must ask where you plan to go with this? So far I see it applies a well made effect and instantly kills those hostile to you. Do you plan to add other active/passive abilities?

and there a way to cure or destroy it with weapon(like flame thrower orr special weapon,)
