Why not as a normal sheild?
I mean, I don't think a Demoknight's biggest fear is a Spy. Also, there are only 3 cosmetic slots.

It's a good idea to make this a primary, as the boots already have an in-game form, that won't let you use your normal primary boots.

Perhaps this should take the primary slot? Most of the boots are out of date anyways.

Cosmetic i think the demoman is a good target for spies as they set up good defences so they are pretty high value in that respect but few spies attually go for them so there is little point in a razor back type shield.
