For some reason the mod doesn't work for the first few days after activating it, I don't know why this is but after a few in game days you will start getting huge amounts of rep for all those kills

How is this mod supposed to work? I am fighting pirates at sea (non quest they fight me when I travel in the middle of nowhere) and getting no boost
