Another possibility is that the animation was designed for the suit-sized version.

I'd say either use the reattach bones to model feature, or move all his parts back into place. (i never had this problem loading the animation. yet.)

i don't have the rig (and i didn't use it), but you can find it under the G14 model workshop item made by Apoc Hedgie.
