Yep, that is exactly why I don't like Elite. I'll have to check out Star Citizen. I subbed to your Catalyst. Great job on it, only wish the game itself was better.

you're exactly right about Elite: Dangerous Zaniaac. the slowdown method on the spaceflight is annoying to me. i've been waiting for an update to fix it, but i think they like it the way it is. The indicators are there, but it's kind of a mystery on how to slow down perfectly. I often find myself overshooting my destination. It definitely requires skill. They just released interdiction recently which seems annoying. They have a very polished UI and the amount of solar system content is impossibly staggering.

Star Citizen I haven't played much. I've just been watching the official videos. Right now they only have an arena style shootout. they have a lot of fun game modes in the works. the graphic tech is amazingly good. The ship designs are very stylish. there is an immense amount of detail into everything they are doing. they are far away from a working game. they showed of a firefight recently, which was good, but needs work to add physics realism and fix glitches.

How is Star Citizen shaping up? I haven't been reading too much into lately. I have Elite Dangerous, but its kinda slow and the travel mechanics are kinda complicated, not to mention the docking is a real killer.

Yeah, Star Citizen is already purchased. I even played some Elite: Flying Dangerous. The amount of content in this game is miniscule compared to Eve.

Never got into Eve after playing the demo, though i remember this ship. Do you have a package in Star Citizen?

i've tried both. X3 i didn't get into. I played a lot of SG2.

Your work is pretty exceptional and this ship is spot on, but this game just needs too much work. I have played only a few hours and it just not that fun. Maybe you should try X3 AP or Starpoint Gemini 2.

Why not just play EVE? Its clearly the better game.
