These mods are great and very underrated just like you I hate MES sometimes the way things spawn and despawn. I was wondering if you could also add MES Wasteland Tire Thieves (Rover Encounters) https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2852623138&searchtext=wasteland+steal

These Mes encounters spawn rovers which chase the player I am also making a mod which makes vanilla AI aggressive from longer ranges
