adds procedural distributions for the boxes, if you want the boxes to spawn in the world as loot rather than just packing them yourself. @Sibuscus @Frostlight Inc. :GDNormal:

this mod is really useful however i noticed that when u unbox 12 can openers from a box it for some reason lags when you right click on them later

@Fun Police I'm pretty sure its possible, though it will require variables (that are dependent on the usage count) and I am very scared to work with them. I'll try at some point though.

This mod lets you set custom amounts for each item. I'm don't know anything behind the scenes of modding, so if it's possible then thank you!

@Fun Police please let me know what the mod is, i will make a submod for it. at this time boxing items is generally done by getting item uses (e.g. hunger, lighter usages, et cetera)

Would it be possible to give us the option of boxing consumables by item rather than durability? I use a mod that increases durability of items, so boxing items results in a duplication. If there could be a sub mod for that option I'd really love it! Thanks! :cherrypie:

Hey there, love the mod! 🙌 Just wondering if you’re planning to make it support all item types in the game? Right now the recipes are fun, but still can’t quite keep up with my inner super-looter 🤓 — I like to hoard… I mean… collect everything I can get my hands on. Dude, use the submods. If you're using the wood weight reduction mods, use the respective patch for them included with the mod.

I just used it alot so I'd have more space in my propane torch for welding or disassembly. It was janky trying to pack propane torches with the mod installed, so I made that patch.

@QS The game essentially does that by default, and modders follow that principle. It also just makes things harder on yourself, you have all the items ready to pack, but no cardboard boxes? I suppose if you're interested its not difficult to mod in a few craftrecipes but for the vast majority of people it isnt worth it included with this mod

@freaka Yeah i recheck, sub mods 25/50 less weight doesn't working. Pack of 12 planks weight is same with or without sub mods.

@freaka the north seem like sub mods not really working.
Plank weight 3 kilo stack 12x3=36, with 50% less weight mod its must be 18. Mine for some reason shows 1.12 per plank and 13.5 for 12 planks. But if pack them the weight become 25 kilo, even with vanilla weight of 3 per plank max weight should be 36 and 25 its not 50% less then 36.

@freaka - The encumbrance of 12 crated planks is WAY too high at 25. Those same 12 planks uncrated is only 13.5. (I do have the 50% wood reduction in place). Shouldn't it be reduced down a bit, or at minimum be 13.5?

Anyway, appreciate the mod, but seems like it needs some tweaking.

Heads up, potential conflict with the "Stack All" mod by Star (here https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2629074154) . Haven't confirmed it yet, but in case anybody else is wondering why they're having issues, please check to see if you have that mod and test.

@✪ PsymøN Pretty much. You get 6 crowbars (yes, bingo) and it makes a box of crowbars. 24 matches go in one box. Or 12 rolls of toilet paper.

does this work like vanilla that require a specific amount of the item to be boxed? what are those values? maybe add them to the description, ie Crowbars x6 (if that is the number) instead of just Crowbars.

If it works differently, i am curious to know. haven't installed it to test, just passing through.

@freaka the north - will give it a try, BUT, you REALLY should make it obvious in the mod listing that there's a dependency on Easy Distributions API, I would have had no idea unless you said it in the comments immediately after me. Suggest that you mark the dependency (1) in the description, and (2) when subscribing to the mod; you can set Steam so that that the subscriber is warned there is a dependency and gives them a chance to subscribe to the API it at the same time as the mod.
