It's enough to make a grown man cry.
MunkSWE92 26. aug. kl. 9:35
Do you think you could do a similar mod for the FM radios props?
Der Soldat Fritz Berger 1. aug. kl. 10:57
Hey! First off, love what you've done here! Jamming out to some Nam Era classics with friends is awesome! Are there any Updates planned?

is the Veitnam dlc needed??????
Memento Mori 30. juni kl. 6:58
I have not touched the config, so perhaps that is my problem after all. I will look at that
Axle  [ophavsmand] 29. juni kl. 7:14
@Memento Mori
Did you follow how I structured my config? I put the name and duration in there which will be picked up by the jukebox
Memento Mori 28. juni kl. 20:44
So, I'm able to get a "new song" to show up in the jukebox but the name is blank and it shows that the duration is 00, any idea why this might be the case? I've put the .ogg audio file into the music folder, and then edited the script to include irl_dontfearthereaper
Memento Mori 28. juni kl. 19:38
Much appreciated

@Memento Mori

@name works in your root arma 3 folder, just put the pbo under @name\addons\your.pbo
Then go to the arma launcher and add local mod from there
Memento Mori 28. juni kl. 19:09
Last thing, do I just put the .pbo in the addons folder if it's just a local mod, or does it need to be named @name and placed in the workshop folder?
Memento Mori 28. juni kl. 19:09
I see, I see. Thank you very much
Axle  [ophavsmand] 28. juni kl. 19:00
@Memento Mori
Yes you will have to edit the sqf file located in the functions/script folder. Not the init.sqf. Add the class name of the song to the array listed in the switch statement under whichever side you want to add the song to.
Memento Mori 28. juni kl. 18:30
When adding my own songs, do I just have to add the audio file or do I have to edit the sqf file also? I'm new to all of this as well. I was able to make a local mod to load and it loaded the radio itself but didnt include my song in the playlist
Axle  [ophavsmand] 28. juni kl. 18:12
@Nigel
Volume might be tough, since I'm not much of an experienced coder. Don't have the time right now to be experimenting with it sadly. The original jukebox was like this too.

For songs, might not add any more, unless there's a huge demand for songs from AUS/NZ. I'm not Australian or New Zealander, so not sure what they would've listened to. I don't want to have a small list if I do include an ANZAC playlist out of respect.
Nigel 28. juni kl. 3:37
Hi not sure if you're taking suggestions still or working on the mod but a volume change ability in the CBA settings would be nice to make it louder if you want to without having to use the Arma effects volume. Song-wise a few slower songs like The End by The Doors and a few ANZAC songs like Long Run by Redgum would be cool. Thanks for such a good mod
Memento Mori 24. juni kl. 10:03
Awesome, thank you so much man.
Axle  [ophavsmand] 23. juni kl. 7:36
You don't have to copy what I do, you can use something like audacity to get something similar using their EQ.
Axle  [ophavsmand] 23. juni kl. 7:29
@Memento Mori
I use Reaper and used ReaEQ to set band 1 to ~300-400 kHZ and band 2 to ~4 kHZ. Then I used midrange boost, then used Reacomp to compress the sound.
Memento Mori 22. juni kl. 17:34
How did you get the old radio effect on the audio? And if you would, could you share the settings on what I assume to be an EQ or something? I just want to add songs for my own personal use
Martini 16. juni kl. 11:42
@Axle mainly because my friends have the PC usability of a 90 year old female. So I have complete control over how their Arma works.

I'm not joking. I wish it wasn't this way.
Axle  [ophavsmand] 1. juni kl. 12:21
@Martini

Well, it's clientside settings. I don't know why you'd want to force everyone on the server to use the same settings if someone wants to listen to something else.
Martini 1. juni kl. 11:44
IS there a reason you can't edit the CBA settings when using dedicated server?
Vercingetorix 29. maj kl. 10:58
Battlefield Vietnam soundtrack? Looks good
Gavdawg 28. maj kl. 20:37
Holy shit thanks!
Axle  [ophavsmand] 28. maj kl. 19:05
@Gavdawg
Updated, now requires CBA, and you can change the song list for each side through CBA settings.
Gavdawg 28. maj kl. 17:47
Im running Antistasi and want to hear the blufor music even though the character plays as green, is there a way to get around this?
Axle  [ophavsmand] 26. maj kl. 22:27
Yeah, might add Paranoid, but that's it. I think that's going to be the last one I'm adding.
Excel.exe 26. maj kl. 21:42
Banger mod. Seconded to add Paranoid as well, probably the second most iconic heli song after fortunate son imo
Nordic Paws 26. maj kl. 19:23
Wow! that's actually a kick ass playlist. 60's and 70's had some sweet tunes.
Axle  [ophavsmand] 26. maj kl. 7:16
@Coremanite
Make a backup
Coremanite 26. maj kl. 1:47
how'd you get around the copyrights?
Kruger 25. maj kl. 16:22
"Hello, can you please add 'Mother's Little Helper' by The Rolling Stones and 'Paranoid' by Black Sabbath to the playlist?"
WarDog_ESP 25. maj kl. 10:41
Thanks man!!
Axle  [ophavsmand] 25. maj kl. 7:30
@Play3r

I don't understand what you mean by not seeing any new ones? The original radio jukebox only had music from SOG's ost, no licensed stuff. I'm not adding a list, bots owned by music companies will scrape and find this mod.
kiba3x 25. maj kl. 5:54
"Paint is back" ... I sense really cool music there...
Play3r 25. maj kl. 5:23
What songs did you add can't see any new ones, in the list??
MichaelBruce83 24. maj kl. 8:40
Ok, thanks for that info
Axle  [ophavsmand] 24. maj kl. 7:45
@MichealBruce83
Only works on SOG CDLC Vehicles with the radio jukebox. All I did was replace their songs and did some faction sided code. It works with any map/scenario including them.
MichaelBruce83 24. maj kl. 7:07
Does this work with any map and scenario??
TML340 23. maj kl. 23:03
