Somewhat odd place to ask, but yeah, we try to avoid hard incompatibility, so the worst compatibility issues Terraria Origins has tend to just be that you need to create an artificial biome for some other mods' content;
There are worse compatibility issues on occasion, but these tend to be entirely on the other mod's side of things, usually involving misunderstandings of modded damage classes.
