I'm also not sure where you got 6 hydrogen/second. It makes 18 at base. Here, let me copy and paste over from mine:
Input:
3 full reinforced pumps of Arkycite (240/sec total)
1 Vent Condenser of Water (30/sec)

Output:
3420 net Power/sec
13.5 net Hydrogen/sec (18 minus the 4.5 Hydrogen required to run pumps assuming you only use 3 pumps to get 240 Arkycite)
