Escribe +sv_consistency 0 en parámetros de lanzamientos, si eso no funciona, la verdad que no sé cómo ayudarte, intenta también ver que te cargue todo en una partida coop de una campaña normal para aseverar que el problema no es algún modo o mapa custom.

my game says to screw myself whenever I load into a game. it also says the smoker is the problem is there anyway to fix this or kill the smoker? for reference I have no other special infected mods but I do have other mods.

Special only, CI are too messy, I won't compile those, mostly cuz I don't think there's a need. I mostly did this cuz some mods are found in GameMaps and not the Steam workshop (Therefore, either I reupload them individually or compile them into big addons, and the first would cause the game to load slow af)
