As per Montenegro, Krsto Poppvic succeeded in keeping Montenegro independent thanks to Italian support. The King of Montenegro is not exiled, he's just not represented with a national spirit at the moment.
First, why did Hungary lose the majority-Hungarian southern Slovakia? Although I could see them getting pushed out, it's a bit weird. Also, Burgenland was part of Hungary even though it had a majority German population—so why did they lose that?
Next, regarding Montenegro—since it still falls within this timeline and the king is in exile, wouldn’t it unite with Serbia like it did historically with the Podgorica Assembly?
