I ported these models back in 2020 with Mr.Clay the original creator who happens to be my friend. I uploaded them to DeviantArt. These are my ports of the models so you deciding to make rules for ports that aren't yours isn't really your place to do so. I'd like to ask you change them to let people do what they want with them texture wise as well as gmod wise. Making rules like these is way in the past and lets be honest here no one will listen.
