Added support for multiplayer (Haste 1.5.a/b)!

Now OHKO works a little different in multiplayer: instead of having one life, you have as many lives as you'd have in the normal game, but receiving any kind of damage will kill you immediately and lose you a life.

I think this mod broke because of the restart shard update that happened today, now it's breaking the whole game when I launch with it :candywhat:
