@Davetiger The original mod I started from didn't allow guests. This mod makes sense that should allow the option for guests to order, but right now it doesn't because of the old code.

it was there for the host just wasn't there for 2nd player

@Davetiger I noticed some folks had trouble finding the settings, check previous posts if you could.

@BentoFox The sledgehammer and drill mod was working with this mod, but not orderable if that is what you mean.

@Metleman23 Perhaps, just not active.

Tried playing it today july 26th and multiplayer can't access the menus and there is no cost at all no tax nothing, 2nd player also getting disconnected a lot but not sure that is this mod

Wish there was a simple way to add compatibility with mods, e.g. the Renovation mod. Trying to get a sledgehammer or drill from that mod through this mod is impossible x_x

Awesome mod! I made a restaurant using kitchen designer and I couldn't roll a basic sink, so this mod is a life-saver. I haven't run into any issues so far either.

Is this still being serviced

Going on vacation, hopefully latest is working for folks. WOn't have access to my dev machine.

@Wanech Thanks for playing. After playing the heck out of vanilla, this mode I had to have. I also have the overcooked patience mod installed. Updated the mod to fix the issue. I didn't test, i'm bad...shouldn't be a problem...famous last words. If the fix breaks it i promise to test it.

It is indeed due to playing at half-price blueprints. No positive offset applies with the original prices.

Hey SALTYFLEA, thanks for this mod! It is exactly what I was looking for, and is a lot of fun. I've always wanted to play PlateUp! this way. I noticed that with fee and tax of 0, sometimes I actually get paid when I spawn a blueprint, like there is a positive offset being applied or something. I assume it is a really simple fix, though. I offset it myself just by bumping up the tax but I figured I'd let you know. If you want to recreate it, I was buying Simple Cloth / Fancy Cloth tables and Conveyors at the time. I am actually using half-price blueprints, so maybe this is the root cause, I'll try original prices now and report back.

I found it. I enabled the option in appliance lib to "merge with preference system", after which i could adjust the mod settings in the main game outside of a run.

I opted for full price but 10% tax for now 🦊 thanks for the mod!
BentoFox 16. maj kl. 13:55
Sadly anything you order with this mod is spawned in with a cost of "0" so its indeed just a creative mode.

@TreKen The code is supposed to be host only. Let me know if there is a problem.
TreKen 27. apr. kl. 3:18
Can everyone in game use the menu? Or only the host?
Reo 25. apr. kl. 13:36
Yeah same here, I only recently started making mods myself for other games, but I've been programming for well over a decade, this was the first game where the mods were DLL's and not just bare code that I've dabbled with anyways, so I was like "hmmm... Can I decompile this???" and yeah no lol
SALTYFLEA  [ophavsmand] 25. apr. kl. 8:51
@Reo Cool! Eventually i'll post the repo. Just not taking the time to clean it up for that. And I might want to take care of some serious inefficiency before I do. Decompiling only tells you what you can do. Reconstructing for decompiled code takes forever. Better to start with a basic repo that uses BepInX patching already...HarmonyX, KitchenLib, PreferenceSystem are great places to start. Overcooked patience mod did a really nice job organizing their mod. I'm relatively new to modding, but not coding...learning basics. If I were to start from scrtach i'd start with Overcooked patience mod. They use preferencesystem...which you will want to handle your user settings.
Reo 24. apr. kl. 22:34
I should reclarify my original comment I am not for cheating at all 100% but now with the way this mod works I can buy what I want when I want with the money I have.
Reo 24. apr. kl. 22:32
I do appreciate that I wanted to decompile your mod and do it myself but couldn't really figure out how. I just want to pay full price for the blueprint and not pay a "tax" I definitely understand your tax incentive though it makes sense but I also have a free reroll mod which does basically that and now I don't have to reroll over and over and over again now
SALTYFLEA  [ophavsmand] 24. apr. kl. 21:30
@Reo. Updated. Split the fee and tax. Set them how you like to.
Reo 24. apr. kl. 10:33
Please add an option to change the shop service fee to different amounts including 0 I would love you if you did that.
SALTYFLEA  [ophavsmand] 23. apr. kl. 17:41
@Valkyrie. Open the pause menu. Go to options -> Preference System -> Appliance Shop to configure it to your liking. When you are playing, you can open the pause menu. Go to Mod Preferences -> Appliance Shop to place your order.
