true this mod does need an overhaul but mods can take a long time to overhaul ive faced that before and in the end i just deleted the mod acidentaly but im sure that the creater is working very hard on doing so and i will also try to overhaul it as well but its complicated plus il try to buff the reactor power but i shall only post it if the owner of the mod wants me to

A question commonly mentally asked by any space engineer - will this cause me more lag? Right now with only a few major mods on my world I can get up to 18 fps.

so sad this weapon had so much potential can someone make something similar like photon torrpedo version it would work nicely as that sure that means making it look like a shiny red ball of light but oh well that would be sweet for my bird of prey to fire in battle

I dont like how the torpedos are slow but it does make logical sense and follows physics quite nicely.

META_INF, I've done a fair bit of research, and for antimatter to be generated in a matter collision, there has to be matter moving at near light speeds. I guess you could have an accelerator in said block.

this is probably a really really REALLY stupid question. First off i love this. especially when trolling a friend who thinks i blew up his ship but its just a copy. Anyways, is it possible to use this mod (or can you make one) to lower the mass of a heavy ship so that it is lighter? Or is there already a mod out there for that? And again, this mod so far is cool

Also add one thing- More torpedo variants like fast low damage (Pricy) Slow high damage (Pricy) and Slow Weak Damage (CHEAP AS FUCK) and FINALLY - SOME KIND OF LARGE RADIUS WARHEAD (Expensive as fuck)

Antimatter scoops do not require lightspeed velocities, but they need a star/planet/moon's magnetosphere (Magnetic Field) to actually collect anything worth shit.

For a scoop like that to work, your ship would have to be going a little under 299,792,458 m/s. So have fun with that.

Hi, I'm planning to re-balance entire weapon system for my serwer. Mod would be simmilar to my engine balance mod (imperium-se.pl). I would like to base entire advanced ammunition system on your antimatter. Can I use Your mod to balance it?

Could you add some sort of scoop? a block that generates antimatter bassed on how fast your ship is moving?

It seems like this mod pack would also be a great first step in creating a new power production block. You have your particle accelerator block that generates antimatter. You could then have a reactor fueled by antimatter that provides drastically more power than normal reactors, but would be balanced by the difficulty in procuring antimatter to begin with.

Also- any possibility you'd consider making a small ship version, even if the damage was scaled down to make up for the fact that the launcher would also be smaller?

What kind(s) of fuel does the reactor accept? I'm assuming it uses antimatter and uranium as matter for the reaction? And, if so, is there a catalyst in place, or possibly planned for the future?

removing from my DS when the power requirement isn't met it slows the sim speed because of the hammering on/off draw a simple precheck for the power beforehand would simply not allow it to try to draw unless the need could be met. Really neat - might revisit in the near future.

Anti-matter reactor, shields (perhaps modified from he gravity-generator script - so you can set the field size and shape [requiring power?]), lasers powered from energy and not ammo, forcefield you can turn on and off (great for sealing a ship against an enemy). Also, if you add a forcefield - think about making a pirate ship just to capture enemy npc ships - use the shield to get in close, then open a door and burn your way into the ship.

PvP? needs more torpedo types. speeds. ect. (im sick of these Hydro-70 like rocket pods). other then that its nice.
