En tu addon de Infected Variety Pack (Tanks, Smoker, Spitter, Jockey, Witch, Hunter, Boomer) alguno de ellos provoca que se crashee el juego (se cierra incluso cuando intento entrar al mapa Tumtara), la pregunta aquí es ¿Cómo puedo arreglar ese error?

This skin should be in your MST l4d1 tank pack instead of the current skin. The current military themed skin in that pack isn't so great
