Thanks for you reports, guys, but I don't really know how to solve this problem.
I can see it now, but it happens if I play it from workshop too.
Try to wait when update would upload and check other custom puzzles, if they have this problem.
Probably there are too many items in the level. Maybe it depends on the CPU power
To see if this is the case you can try double the items in the level just to test this theory. It's sad but if this is the case you can try remove useless stuff(like trees and so on)

Maybe I should try to re-download the map pack?
As for the recording devices, I don't quite understand the problem. Are they just not working for you? If you hold the object in your hands, you can't use them.
I'm also wondering if the recording machines are intended to say "not available", I haven't been able to figure that out by myself yet...
