Dealt with weirdly arranged "enter" newlines and "tab" dis-uniformity
Tried with event SOV_ConstitutionalReform_Event.30, nothing abnormal.
Not sure if the problem is resolved, if not, I'll take a look another day.

I discovered that even in the vanilia mod, a bunch of modifiers are also missing localisation(Chinese)
