- doolF event now has a min. cycle requirement of 16
- flipped buff no longer decreases athletics
- pacus swimming in inverted water now get inverted too
- added flipped electrolyzer and flipped sieve for more useful inverted water
- fixed codex entry for inverted ice crashing
- fixed missleading state transitions for the inverted elements
- fixed weather forecast not forecasting any weather events from other mods
- bee geyser now has a maximum number of bees it can have active at the same time

the mod is broken for U55, but so is the base Twitch Integration mod.
I will delay my update until the base mod is fixed
