No just B42.
I've just looked in debug mode and you can make jar lids with any forge. You need level 5 forge and the aprise recipe. You'll need a ball peen hammer, pliers, a metal chisel, coal and a small metal plate.
Good luck ;).
I've often seen homestead/jarring videos' where the jars get filled with a combination of;
- Meat
- Vegetables
- Bread
- etc.
You could simply take a tuber from Romania or the Kazach region where theses channels often come from.
It would be cool to have end-products jarred, and it would be even cooler if skill-level is high for them, and if jarring would involve a risk (botulism).
The upside of jarring is offcourse getting all kinds of foods and stuff, but I allways felt that beside the resources for jarring being rare, there is barely any risk in creating an endless food supply.
Maybe would be cool if you could;
1) Label jars, an effect that should use the 'time until X' mechanic to increase risks of bad jarring. Jars without labels should have the 'time until X' indicator nulled.
2)Smell open jars, to discover if the contents smell bad, which still doesn't completely exclude the contents of the jar gone bad.
I've taken your comments, feedback, and translations into account. I'll make a major update when the pz updates have stabilized.
And thank you for using my mods; I'm preparing more for better survival :).
In the meantime, make eggs in jars:

Thanks, Inganagones, for the idea.
Translate ES is updated. For RU, you can suggest your translation and I will add it in a future update.
As for compatibility, I made sure that the names of the items and recipes are unique. There should be no problem.
But I can't guarantee it, sorry.
Thank you all for your positive feedback.
