Why not just make it so that when you incap, you can use your adrenaline in your inventory by selecting it and using it to get back up?

No. The description in that mod specifically states that it will be listed as a conflict but it shouldn't have any negative impact in game.

Possibly. The safest way would be to disable half at once and see if that fixes it

could it be a script related to hands? like animations? they're not showing as conflicting with each other in the addon browser but they're probably doing it right?

@Jeremessiah I've checked the script and it's already got all the info it needs. When I tested it in game it showed the hands perfectly fine. Are you sure you haven't got any other scripts active?

yeah I probably used the old adrenaline script that doesn't have the model info for the L4D1 survivors. I'll have to replace it with the new one.

I just remembered that the pain pills needs this concept/mechanic too. After all pain pills should help ease the survivors pain so they can stand up.

its more like a death protection thing than a revive. When a bot gets incapped, if they have adrenaline in their inventory it instantly revives them and deletes the adrenaline. There's no get up animation or anything since it happens so fast
