how do I download this to my PC, it's in Garry's Mod, NOT my computer? Someone help me

how do I download this model? I clicked Subscribe and nothing happened. When I download a model, my computer shows how many seconds it takes. With this model nothing happens. I tried another Zelda model and the same thing....nothing happened. So this website makes it hard to download models. Please someone help

This is used on the Hammerfall Gamings Kingdom Roleplay server, which has custom mining, crafting, smelting, smithing, forging, farming, logging, leveling and so much more.
We have a custom melee system with blocking, working shields & better armor that actually makes armor worth having.
