Tried this addons and I don't encounter any issue or whatsoever after downloading all two of those(SmallProportionBase & MiSide Shared Content). It's all working properly throughout the campaign

All required addons are installed and loaded when i launch into a campaign, Tiny Mita does not have animations, shes stuck in one pose, essentially gliding across the floor rather than having any actual animations

I didn't find any issues during the testing. Are you sure you have loaded all the prerequisite mods in the game?
