Anyone know if the Generator Trailer has a risk of exploding like a normal trailer?

When hooked up I looked like its condition is tied to the engine. Is there a risk to using it if it's under 50%?

Could you add a option in the radial menu for the caravans to put down the stability legs so that it doesn't lean back when detached from a car?

I don't know why my two module vehicles can't be connected normally. Previously, I connected them at a tricky Angle, but now they can't be connected properly again. Sometimes, the module vehicles and the original vehicles also can't be connected. What's the reason for this?（（（

Yea the gas trailer wont move off its place going foward. Tried pushing it back with the car and it sunk in the floor like it was made of quicksand.

What is the range on the generator trailer? Is it the same as other generators? That thing looks like it could power all of Rosewood Prison.

Can't connect generator trailer

The gas trailer seems to have been bugged out. They were fine before, but now their trunk door is misaligned and act as if the brakes are stuck on, when you try to drive with it. Otherwise, your vehicle can push it just fine.

Hi, if I go over 10MPH with a gasoline trailer the car stops, the small one with, yellow with jameson written on the side, I can't seem to find anything on it

How do you attach the trailers? In the previous version i remember just having to right-click and it gave me the option.

There is some truth in that.
Still 90% of complaints are answered in the mod description (that complainer should read) and most of the rest is answered in the said comment thread that people do not read before posting.

How about we do "yell" at mod developers actually? If I developed a mod and had the comments turned on, that's because I'd want critical feedback. As long as there's not personal insults, what's the issue?
If there's a problem with the mod, the comments can address the issues, get the playerbase & modders to cooperate & warn other players about what the issues are & how severe. It can help to find solutions to these problems. People often highlight the positives of mods too if they are still good & working.
I don't see what else enabling comments is for.

Whatever you do, DO NOT, yell at the authors of RV Interiors. They cannot update their mod to b42 until developers release final map. Give them a break, don't listen to recent commentators below.

To all the people complaining about black screen when entering the camping trailer, this is not a bug. This mod is linked to the "RV INTERIOR" mod, wich has not yet been updated for B42. Cant remenber who made that, but go yell at them, and not these guys.

im likey not the only one thats noticed, but in b42 when i enter the rv trailer via seat 3, there is nothing but a black screen. in b41, i could enter the trailer, there would be a bed, a stove, a bathroom, i could move around and interact with the room and the items in it. it was like entering the home section, of my dash roamer. just a little smaller

I assume everyone's talking about the blackscreen that appears when you're in the home trailer, it *is* really annoying, not completely debilitating but not being able to see if there is a horde of zombies outside before jumping out it particularly disabling

black screen showed the basement of a nearby building. So the camera just going to basement level?

The black screen is a nothing burger, you use the radial menu anyway as well as inventory slots to gain access to inside storage and fridge, etc depending on the seat you're in. Be great if they can make dynamic placed basements that keep all attributes as the interior of the caravan that spawns under it when you enter the caravan. Anyway, I have off-set hoods/trunk lids because of animated car doors I think. They sort of flip up in the center of the caravan while leaving black squares where the doors should be on the exterior.

The Home Trailers I have found only have seat inventories and no fridge or stove. I've tried what AuricSage has tried, restarting the game, but that has not worked so far.

Nevermind, seems restarting the game after attaching the trailer fixed it. I definitely think this was a me thing, and some mods being weird together, please disregard unless you think it's the Trailers mod.

I'm not able to access the inventory of storage trailers. Like I don't even get a prompt, and investigating the trailer shows the trunk is at 55% so it should be in more than good enough condition to store my stuff. Did I do something wrong? The trailer I'm trying to access the inventory of is the Autotsar GNV250. Just no prompt at all, not through the wheel, or right click menu at all, and nothing for the destination inventory either, like what happens when you just get near shelves.

Hi! For some reason when I go over ~20 Mph, with the little gasoline trailer, the car suddenly stops to a halt, going under doesn't do that, thought it was the car but it's the same with different cars (that both work fine), thought something was wrong with the mechanics of the trailer, but nothing out of the usual too

Trailers are vanishing when I get close to them. Love this mod, been using it since it was created. Would love to see it fixed. I'm not running many mods, so I doubt it's a conflict.

so i learned that the trailer is going black screen because the fact that when u get in the screen goes down a level like i could see my basement by my base maybe just bringing it back to ground level will fix it going black

after switching from 41 to 42 this mod quit working for me. All I did to get it working again was to unsub and re sub and reload lua. Really hope this helps some people :)

@Bloodyspot Are you still in the early days of week one and driving around? If so, that's an intended feature I think of the week one mod. The author there specifically removes generated car crashes, etc in the early days because he didn't think it makes sense to have wrecks until later. I recall seeing a response from the author in that mod - can't recall if it was pinned or in the discussion posts.

Trailer despawn, Have limited it down to the one week and bandits mod, without one week and bandits mod trailers works fine.

Trailer mod despawned my trailers and replaced them with 2 trucks even though the mod is still turned on in the save game and nothing has changed between last night and this morning.

See trailers then after 1-3 seconds they disappear. Mods in right order, right version... Any insight?

Trailers in this modpack become stuck when in the presence of a generator trailer that is connected.

To fix this you have to disconnect the generator, quit the game, then load back in.

Vanilla trailers do not suffer this oddity.

Can i use it mid save and will vehicles spawn in unloaded area?

some of the trailers I cant get through double gates, line it up perfect and its glitchin out hard, I havent had many trailers to test with, Im ganna try remaking the gate and see if that helps

Ok, i found this about the "Black World" when you go inside Home Trailer: world does not turn black, actually you get "underground" (or sort of). Found this when i parked one next to my house/base (and it have a basement). When i enter the trailer, world gets black but i can see the basement at my same lvl, so we get undergrond. Hope this help to fix the problem, it is anoying as you cant see around as when in B41.
Ho, i have one question: why does the microwave works in the home trailer but the hoven does not? I had the same problem in B41, or maybe im doing something wrong. how do i use it?

Home Trailers show black world from inside.

@Kullgen Yes trailers spawn then disappear - poof. Worked fine in first run not the second game played

trailer has sunk into ground and cant pull out and now if you start gen up it does not show a turn off button and stays running

@Sig (Von Luck WT) Sorry about that. If you start the game in debug mode, you can remove the vehicle from contextual menu. If this is the connected generator, disconnecting it often corrects the problem.

My trailer has sunk into my driveway and I can't get it out.

I am having a problem where the Gen Trailer with three battery spots available to insert batteries to recharge presumably while it is connected and running, the only problem is the charge of the battery is not increasing while the gen is running.

@Ictiv Definitely not vanilla's problem, I've pulled vanilla trailers and never had any issues like slowing down, but only when pulling Autostar trailers.
