that log means some spells wasn't successfully added to the game, but not sure why.
I tried testing with the mod list you provided, but I still couldn't reproduce the issue.
Could you try checking the Player.log to see if there are any INFOs about 'CWL'?
If the spells were successfully added to the game, there should be similar INFO messages: https://pastebin.com/trDBTdv8 .

This message shows up even if I play game with only CWL and Extra Spells

For consistency sake I'd recommend changing the damage values to dice rolls. It makes the mod seem less integrated when the values are consistent with vanilla.
The description formatting could use small changes to match vanilla as well. The star spells would be more appropriate as, "Invoke a 2d6 fire star," and the chain lightning spell, "Emit a 3d6 lightning chain."
Your default damage values are too high. I know they can be changed in the config, but I'd still recommend making the defaults lower for people who don't want to mess with a config. Using my lvl 1 fire ball and lvl 1 fire star spells for comparison the fireball does 3d3 (max of 9 damage) and the firestar does 58, roughly six times the damage of the ball spell.
