It's both, Firing and Reloading. I dont mind it anymore, the Youtube video was acting up, i downloaded the mod and it sounded better.

Second Video. The reloading and firing after-shot. They sound very similiar to the HL 357. Magnum.

The only revolver ever to be able to sport a silencer was the nagant revolver. Which makes me think they should've just used a nagant for the game since it's still used by some railway cops.

Hold on... In the video, a sort of underbarrel grip attachment was put on the gun. If you held a revolver like that in real life, wouldn't the gas escaping through the cylinder nearly blow your hand off?

Technically you can, it requires a specific revolver (Such as a Nagant) to put a silencer on it.
And with this revolver not being a Nagant, it would somewhat be impossible....but this IS a game that this weapon was from.
