yes your right it started changing them to basic houses so i removed all and plopped them my self indeed.

@ExplosiveBadass I can never get zoning to work good enough, so i just plop buildings. its much more aesthetic and fits the style you want perfectly.

yeah i noticed it i tried to make a style but it showed indeed only level1. but have found a way around it. i force them all historical and upgrade them to level5 my self. so i keep district small so i can do it my self. that seems to work out for now. they look great buildings !!!

@ExplosiveBadass I think its not enough assets to have a district style. The "Detailed Houses" has zero level 1 houses and only a few level 2 houses. So you'll get empty areas or lots of repetition.
For comparison the "Mid-century" package has 140 houses (28 for each level).

any way i can use these as an style pack. So that i can use only these 4 packs buildings for an district. like the modern century etc styles? how should i do that or can you make that pack ?

Thank you for your work! Could you please share a collection with the assets you use to decorate? In case I want to add a wall or a fence so I can place the same you have used.
