Jab could be he hits the opponent with his cane twice and then kicks them

Neutral Special should be he hits different objects from NES DuckTales with his cane, Side Special should be him firing a cannon from NES DuckTales 2 with his cane, Up Special should be the Cane hop, and he gets extra height and can spike opponents if he hops on them, and Down Special should be a counter move where he blocks with his cane and if he gets hit while he is blocking with his cane, he hits them back with a swing from his cane that hits based on the damage of the move he counters.
