...And, yes, half the reason for the mod existing was minor frustration that Amber just gets shunted into a corner post-game without anything to do. The Gauntlet only exacerbated this opinion of mine. xD

I'm pretty sure it's a per-save file unlock, yes. Everything is associated with your save, with the exception of unlocking the Custom Game options.

Oh, thanks! Do you only have to beat it once and then it's available for all characters, or is it only unlocked for the character you beat it in?

It's an unlockable! It's tied to a Gauntlet boss you encounter in carriage 50.

What's the hat you're using in the preview screenshots? I don't remember a witch/wizard hat being one of the options o.o
